Terms of services
1. Definitions
- "TEMPOXTRA" means TEMPOXTRA, Lda., an e-commerce company based in Portugal.
- "Site" means the TEMPOXTRA website, available at www.tempoxtra.pt.
- "Customer" means any person who uses the Site or purchases products from TEMPOXTRA.
2. Acceptance of Terms of Service
By using the Website or purchasing TEMPOXTRA products, the Customer accepts these Terms of Service.
3. Conditions of Use of the Website
The Customer undertakes to use the Website in a lawful manner, respecting applicable laws and regulations. The Customer also undertakes not to use the Website for illegal purposes or to harm third parties.
The Customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of its password and for restricting access to its account. The Customer is responsible for all activities that occur under their account.
TEMPOXTRA reserves the right to suspend or cancel the account of a Customer who violates these Terms of Service.
4. Purchase Conditions
When placing an order with TEMPOXTRA, the Customer is entering into a purchase and sale contract with TEMPOXTRA.
The Customer must provide complete and accurate information about their order. The Customer must also check the order before submitting it.
TEMPOXTRA reserves the right to refuse an order for any reason.
5. Price and Payment
The prices of TEMPOXTRA products are indicated on the Website. Prices include VAT.
The Customer can pay for their order by credit card, debit card, transfer, MBway or PayPal.
6. Delivery
TEMPOXTRA delivers products to mainland Portugal and the islands.
The delivery time for orders for immediate shipping is 1 to 3 business days after order confirmation.
The delivery time for personalized and made-to-order orders is 15 to 25 working days after order confirmation.
7. Returns and Refunds
The Customer has the right to return products purchased from TEMPOXTRA within 14 days after withdrawal (in accordance with the regulations of our Return and Refund Policy).
To return a product, the Customer must contact TEMPOXTRA via email at Tempoxtrapt@gmail.com The Customer must provide the order number, the name of the product and the reason for the return.
Upon receipt of the return request, TEMPOXTRA will analyze the case and contact the Customer to inform the decision. If the return is approved, TEMPOXTRA will credit the purchase amount to the Customer's bank account or send a purchase voucher to be used in the online store.
8. Responsibility
TEMPOXTRA is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages that may result from the use of the Site or the purchase of TEMPOXTRA products.
9. Change of Terms of Service
TEMPOXTRA reserves the right to change these Terms of Service at any time. The Customer must consult the Terms of Service regularly to stay informed of changes.
10. Applicable Law
These Terms of Service are governed by Portuguese law.
