Após o recebimento do pedido de reembolso, a TEMPOXTRA irá analisar o caso e entrar em contato com o cliente para informar a decisão. Caso o reembolso seja aprovado, a TEMPOXTRA irá creditar o valor da compra na conta bancária do cliente ou enviar um vale compra para ser utilizado na loja online.

O prazo para solicitação de reembolso é de até 14 dias após a data de recebimento do produto.
