Refund Policy
We have a 14 day same item size exchange only return policy, so you have 14 days after receiving your item to request.
To be eligible, your exchange item must be in the condition you received it, unused and unworn, with tags attached and in the original packaging.

If your exchange is accepted, we will send you information about the shipping method and the location where you should send your package. Items returned to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive an incorrect item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions/Items that cannot be returned
Certain types of items cannot be exchanged or returned, such as customized products (e.g., special orders or personalized items). Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you receive the items you want is to return the item and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase of a new item.
European Union 14-day cancellation period
Regardless of what is mentioned above, if the items are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within a period of 14 days, as long as the order is not shipped.
Refunds
We will notify you after we receive and inspect your return and let you know whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded using your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.

The deadline for requesting a refund is up to 14 days after the date of receipt of the product.
We do not refund shipping fees.
Exceptions to the refund and return policy
The refund policy is not valid for the following products:
- Customized products;
- Products with physical defects;
- Products that are not in perfect condition;
- Products that have been used.
Refund Deadline
Refund will be processed within 5 business days after request approval. The deadline for crediting the amount to the customer's bank account or sending the purchase voucher is up to 30 business days.
